To deliver your reading, we collect:

• Your birth date and time (for Ba Zi reports)
• Your question (for I Ching readings)
• Your LINE or Telegram user ID, used to deliver your report and respond to follow-up questions
• Payment information, handled by a third-party payment provider, so we never store your payment credentials

Your data is used solely to generate and deliver your reading. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required to process your payment or comply with legal obligations.

Report PDFs are available for download for 30 days from delivery. After that, they are removed from our servers. Order records are retained for accounting and tax compliance purposes.

Payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider. Your payment details are handled by that provider, not stored by us, and the provider's own privacy terms apply to your payment data.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected]. EU residents have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to data portability.
